Schedule Details
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
Pick up at 0730hrs and depart to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive at Masa Mara in time for check-in for lunch and afternoon game drive. Famous Masai Mara the great plains for the concentration of different wildlife and also a home of the Big cat.
The Reserve is known for Millions of Great Wildebeest migration which migrates from the Serengeti ecosystem through Mara river to Masai Mara National Reserve in the month of July to Early October.
Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.
Day 2: Masai Mara National Reserve
A full day spent game viewing on studded grassland and rolling hills Masai Mara. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of game, black-maned lions, leopard cheetah, the great migration of wildebeest and zebras but also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya.
Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.
Samburu is famous for its truly wild semi-arid landscape, and the large concentration of wild animals and bird-life. Together with the adjoining Shaba and Buffalo Springs national reserves, Samburu is popular for hosting the rare Northern-Kenya animal species (Gerenuk, Reticulated Giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa Oryx and Somali Ostrich) which are not found in the other popular parks and reserves in Kenya. It is also home to all the African big cats (lion, cheetah and leopard), alongside other big game including elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, hippos, impala, water-buck and many others.
Samburu is also a renowned bird watching haven, with hundreds of bird species resident here. These include kingfisher, bee-eaters, tawny eagle, guinea-fowll, yellow throated spur-fowl, lilac-breasted roller, red-billed horn bill, secretary bird, Verreaux’s eagle, superb starling, yellow-billed hornbill and vultures.The unique culture of The Samburu tribe who live in the region is the icing to cake for the amazing Samburu National Reserve.
Dinner and overnight at SAMBURU SOPA LODGE:
Day 3: Masai Mara National Reserve- Lake Naivasha
Have your early breakfast, then depart to Lake Naivasha. Upon arrival, you will have your lunch at the lodge a short siesta rest by the pool.
In the afternoon, you will have an optional boat-ride at an extra cost around the Lake and also visit the crescent island. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.
Day 4: Lake Naivasha- Lunch Nyahururu – Ol pejeta Conservancy
Today, you will have a morning hot buffet lunch as you check-out. Thereafter, you will leave lake Naivasha driving slowly through tropical highlands to arrive at Thompsons Falls in time for lunch at Panari Resort.
After lunch, you will drive to Ol pejeta conservancy to arrive in time for an afternoon game. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 5: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
We will have two extensive game drives exploring the exotic Sweetwater’s Sanctuary. As our camp overlooks one of the best waterholes in the area, this will give us a good view of the wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, and myriad plains games among others.
Day 6: OlPejeta Conservancy – Aberdare National Park
After breakfast, you will check-out of the camp with game drive en-route to Aberdare National Park. Arrive at Aberdare Country club in time for lunch and afternoon game drive until late evening.
Dinner and overnight at Aberdare Country club, The Ark Lodge, Treetops Lodge.
Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the the wonder of the world.

Day 7: Aberdare National Park – Amboseli National
You will leave early to Amboseli after breakfast as today is a long drive. Stopover for lunch will be at Maanzoni Lodge located along Mombasa Road. Arrive Amboseli with a game viewing en-route to your lodge.
Dinner and Overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 8: Amboseli National Park
Today is a full day game drive with picnic lunch. Enjoy extensive game drive within the park exploring different animal species. Swampy area located along side observation hill makes it a unique place as you observe elephants and buffaloes wallowing in the muddy area.
In the evening when it’s a great time to catch a view of Mount Kilimanjaro when weather is clear.
Day 9: Amboseli National Park – Tsavo West National Park
Wake up for an early breakfast and then check-out of your lodge/camp. Have a morning game drive en-route to Tsavo west National Park. Enter Tsavo West National Park through Chyulu gate with a great scenic view of Shetani Lava and volcanic hills of Chyulu.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp.
In the afternoon enjoy a game viewing with a visit to Mzima Spring and rhino sanctuary.
Day 10: Tsavo West National Park – Tsavo East National Park
Leave Early in the morning at 0800hrs leave for Tsavo East National Park, which is renowned for its large number of elephants and the famous “man-eating” lions. We will then arrive at your lodge/camp, where you will check-in and have lunch.
In the afternoon you will experience an afternoon game drive in the Park by visiting the Aruba dam before returning to the lodge.
Day 11: Tsavo West National Park- Diani
This day, you will have a short morning game drive then return to your camp/lodge for a full buffet breakfast. After breakfast, leave for your beach holiday at Diani Beach with a stopover for lunch on the way.
Arrive North Coast in time for dinner and Overnight. Enjoy a cool breeze and a scenic view from the ocean while enjoying your dinner.
Accommodation: The Sands at Chale Island Hotel
Day 12-14: Diani Beach
Full days at leisure enjoying optional beach activities at Diani. You can engage in different activities like diving, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, and cultural activities like Swahili culture.
Dinner and Overnight will be at The Sands at Chale Island Hotel, Diani.
Day 15: Fly from Diani to Nairobi
Morning at leisure, afternoon transfer to the airport for flight to Nairobi. After arrival at Wilson Airport, transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch your onward flight home.
