Nairobi National Park Kenya’s first ever National park is a unique and unspoilt wildlife haven within sight of the city’s skyline.
Rhino, buffalo, cheetah, zebra, giraffe, lion and plenty of antelopes and gazelles can be seen roaming in this open plains country with a section of highland forest as well as stretches of broken bush country, deep, rocky valleys and gorges with scrub and long grass.
The elephant orphanage which is only open for a short period each day from 11:00 am to 12:00. Here you will learn more about the baby elephants and what led them to be orphans. You will get more information on raising them and the efforts being made to re-introduce them back to the wilderness.
Early Morning Option:
Pick up at hotel or airport at 07.30 am
Karen Blixen Museum: 8am 9.45am
Girrafe centre: 10am to 10.45am
Sheldrick Orphanage: 11am-12pm-Giraffe center
12.30 pm drop back to hotel/airport

7.30am – 10.30am- Nairobi National Park Tour
1100hrs-1200hrs: Visit the David Sheldrick Elephant orphanage, where young orphaned elephants are brought after being rescued and fed till they are mature to be released to the wild.
1200 -1300hrs: Visit the Giraffe Centre where you feed the friendly Rothchilds Giraffe. They accept a kiss as they pick their food from your palms! Stop over at some shopping areas enroute.
1300-1400 hrs: Lunch at Carnivore.
1400-1500hrs: Visit the Karen Blixen museum, the house in the movie out of Africa. Visit the kazuri beads enroute.
1500hrs -1700hrs Visit Bomas of for Kenya Traditions and dances
17.30: drop at airport for onward flight / your hotel for a deserved rest.
